NVIDIA shares $5 billion in Intel, co-builds x86 RTX processor SOC Posted on 09/19/2025 By plottips In collaboration with Intel, NVIDIA will invest a total of $5 billion in Intel general shares per share of $23.28 to develop multigenerational information centres and personal computer products. The two companies will use NV Link technology to link NVIDIA’s AI and Accelerating Operations Advantages, and combine the Intel’s leading CPU technology and x86 ecosystems. In the central area of information, Intel will create a customised x86 CPU for NVIDIA to apply it to the AI infrastructure platform and supply it to the market.
