Wallenge on Amazon, 3 complaints every six months Posted on 10/14/2025 By plottips In an increasingly complex environment for sellers, Amazon formally introduced the “Seller Challenge” function for vendors involved in the ACHA project, allowing for further review of list-level sanctions following the failure of standard complaints. The function provides for a vendor to have three challenge opportunities every six months and, if it fails, will automatically return the remaining number; the Amazon is committed to providing feedback within 48 hours. In the course of the challenge, the commodity will remain in a downward state and each penalty will be challenged only once; if the seller loses AHA eligibility, the remaining number cannot be used. Seller Challenge is the exclusive tool of the AHA project and is limited to ACH, which normally has 250+6 months to meet the standard seller. Traditional complaint processes often take weeks and have a success rate of less than 40 per cent, while the new function provides a “priority route” for list-level sanctions (e.g., intellectual property infringement or policy violation under-bargaining): when the seller submits evidence, the Amazon exclusive team will review and provide feedback within 48 hours. The Amazon seller support team said: “Seller Hallenge is the AHA’s `safety net’ to help high-quality sellers quickly correct their mistakes and preserve platform ecology.” The functionality is online in the Keller Central Beta version, initially covering United States and European vendors, and is expected to be rolled out globally in November. Since its launch in 2022, the AHA project has become a “VIP benefit” for high-performing vendors in the Amazon: participants are given priority support, are exempted from the use of the buffer period and enjoy exclusive policy exemptions. However, in the first half of 2025, the Platform’s policy was tightened — an increase of 25 per cent in the number of intellectual property claims and over 100,000 under-listed incidents, resulting in significant pressure on cash flows from vendors. Seller Challenge responded to this pain: It derives from feedback from the sellers’ forum and draws on the Microsoft Azure “fast-track arbitration” mechanism. Game News
